Well, I could tell you I’m a damn good creative director and branding photographer from Down Under for accomplished and ambitious women who are the face of their online business, but really I’m an expert at developing unique-to-you brand concepts, giving you the clarity and confidence to FINALLY show up in your business the way you’ve been wanting to, and taking brand photos that have your ideal clients 1) drooling, 2) sending in an enquiry, and 3) telling their friends and even whispering to their pets about you.


I’m also addicted to laughing till my insides hurt or I wet myself, whichever comes first, avo on toast with chilli and salt, usually paired with a glass of vino, watching endless panda videos and dancing like a galah – assuming a galah can dance, indeed. (You should know that a dance-off will be mandatory at your photo shoot. You should also know that you won’t win said dance off.)


There are many sides to my personality (ahem, see exhibits A, B & C), just like there are many sides to yours. You’re here because you want brand photos that reflect YOU and how you *really* want to show up in your business, now and a few years down the line. But you also want to work with a photographer who understands the power of positioning and who will help you show off at the shoot in a way that positions you distinctively while making you sizzle hotter than a sausage on an Aussie barbie.


I’ve been working as a photographer for personal brands for three years now (after escaping my sales and marketing role at a Fortune 500 company), and I soon realised that the key to taking stand-out photos had almost nothing to do with my skills behind the camera and almost everything to do with the conceptual brand development and photo shoot planning. You know from your own work that there's so much that goes on behind the scenes (the thinking, the idea generation, the idea scrapping, and the beautifully messy process of creation) and that the most impactful results come from the deepest preparation.

Brand photography is no different. It's not about simply booking a shoot, putting together a Pinterest board, then turning up one day looking all glam and calling it a day. Nor is it about simply booking a foxy glamour shoot. It’s about digging deep to discover and understand exactly what you want to communicate through your brand and then actually doing it in an original and true-to-you way.

THAT’s how you’ll make a name for yourself. THAT’S how you’ll attract quality clients who make your heart dance. THAT’S how you’ll be able to raise your rates, your perceived value and still maintain a waitlist.

We’ll then get super clear on who you are, quirks and all, how you want to show up in the world in all your glory, and how to shape the right perception. (The one that’s going to fill up your waitlist.) And we’re never, EVER going to drop the “A-bomb” here. You know the one: authentic)


02. Your Story

The beauty of a personal brand is that you get to decide which story you tell and how you tell it. You want a brand that stands out? Let’s string together the pieces of your story that will draw the right people closer, and let the people who aren’t a good fit stick to their scrolling.


03. Your Strategy

Your brand photos could be hotter than your favourite scented candle, but if they’re not supported by a strategy that sets you apart from others in your industry, you’ll be letting opportunities slip through your fingers like fine Australian sand. This is where we’ll nail down your ideal positioning, ideal client, and ideal offering, so that everything you communicate through your brand doesn’t just make sense, it makes money.


04. Your Vibe

PART 2: SHOW OFF 

0.1 Your Photo Shoot Preparation

You’ve done the showing up, now it’s time to show off! Using all the work we’ve done in part 1 and your approved concept, we’ll start bringing your vision together and planning every inch of the shoot itself. I’ll scout for and book the perfect on-brand locations, as well as guide you on what kind of shapes, colours, and textures would suit you and your brand on camera.

We’ll then plan all of your 20 shots down to the finest detail – the message, the emotion, the pose, the outfit, the makeup, the props, the lighting, the location, the composition, and any post-processing effects. Every single one of these will have a purpose and a place in your brand. You’ll have a hand and heart in all of this, but I’ll handle the creative direction for you.

02. Your Photo Shoot

You have an extraordinary brand, so this is an extraordinary brand photo shoot. All the planning will have been done, which means any nerves or insecurities over “what to expect” simply won’t exist. You’ll have the space to be you and the direction to be irresistible in front of the camera. All the confidence you feel inside about you will show in the photos. All the work we’ve done to shine a spotlight on who you are will show in the photos. All the effort we’ve put in to create a brand that resonates with your dream clients will show in the photos.
